The widest range of stamping and punching capabilities in the area. We have 14 punch presses ranging from 35 ton to 600 ton. We also build and service dies in-house, saving our customers money and time.
The latest in laser cutting technology and equipment. Our Trumpf Fiber Laser can cut a variety of bright metals up to 5/8" thick. Our Mazak Laser can cut flat and formed materials all the way up to 3/4" thick.
Our wide range of CNC Milling capabilities includes an array of equipment - a Haas VF-5/50 XT VMC with table travel of 60" x 26" x 25" and thru spindle coolant, several Fadal VMC's and a variety of capacities.
We build and service dies in-house, offering on the spot tool and die repair as well. This shaves days off of lead time for our customers and in turn saves them money. The job is always moving forward at Champion!
